These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our web application located at ryxel.ai and our mobile application (known together or individually as "Service"). Throughout these Terms, "Ryxel" refers to Tech AI Labs, LLC ("us", "we", or "our"), the company operating the Ryxel platform.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our service. Please read it here.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood such Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe link.
Some parts of our Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Ryxel cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support via support@ryxel.ai.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Ryxel with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Ryxel to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment method.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Ryxel will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Ryxel, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Ryxel will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

However, AI-generated summaries may contain inadvertent inaccuracies or misinterpretations. We encourage users to verify the accuracy of any information displayed through Ryxel by consulting original sources, which we provide wherever possible. YOU AND RYXEL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and Ryxel agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's or party's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a consolidated, representative, or class proceeding.
Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies (generally disputes under $10,000). Additionally, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights without first engaging in arbitration.
You have the right to opt out of this arbitration provision. To opt out, you must send written notice to legal@ryxel.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration provision. If you opt out, all other parts of these Terms will continue to apply, but disputes will be resolved in court rather than through arbitration.
This arbitration provision survives termination of your account and these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryxel is NOT liable for investment losses, trading losses, or any financial losses resulting from use of the Service or reliance on any information provided through Ryxel. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility.
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF RYXEL, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT EQUIVALENT TO ONE MONTH OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION (for monthly subscriptions, this is one month's fee; for yearly subscriptions, this is one-twelfth of the yearly fee), AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service.
