Will this push me to trade more?
That is not the design. Recaps and signals are optional. The portfolio and company pages are the core for this audience.
CUSTOMERS — LONG-TERM INVESTORS
You do not need a new idea every morning. You need to know when a holding actually changed, and a place to re-read the business when it did.
Today
A thesis in a notes app, a 10-K you read once, and a brokerage balance that does not tell you when the story broke.
With Ryxel
A portfolio with earnings dates, company pages that still open the filing, and news filtered for the names you already decided to own.
THE CHALLENGE
Long-term investing fails in two ways: you never update the thesis, or you update it every time the chart twitches. Both come from not having a calm place to re-read the company.
Brokerage apps are good at balances. They are bad at 10-Ks, peers, and insider prints. That work still happens in browser graveyards.
You do not need a new idea every morning. You need an earnings calendar on the book you imported, a company page that still opens the filing, and news that is tagged to names you already decided to own.
Signals exist if you want them. You can ignore them. The product should not nag you like a momentum chat.
A TYPICAL WEEK
Most weekdays you do nothing. That is the point. Glance at the portfolio calendar. If nobody reports this week and no holding looks broken, close the app.
In earnings week, the calendar is the assignment. For each name that reports, open the company page the night before: overview, financials, recent news. After the print, re-read the filing sections the summary pointed at. Do not rebuild the thesis from a chart.
Once a quarter, walk the book. Similar-ETF overlap if you hold funds. Insider activity on the names that matter. Institution portfolios (Gurus) if you want a lagged look at who else is in the name. None of that is a trade ticket.
You re-import the CSV when you rebalanced at the broker. Cost basis stays there. Ryxel stays the research mirror.
PORTFOLIO
Earnings dates and dividends on the holdings you imported. That is the cadence that matches a multi-year book.
COMPANY
When a print or a filing lands, open the 10-K summary, financials, peers, and the source document.
INSIDERS
Insider activity is on the company page. It is lagged and incomplete. It is still better than a screenshot account.
ETFS
If the book has funds as well as stocks, use similar-ETF overlap so the same megacaps are not hiding in three wrappers.
THE SOLUTION
Ryxel is useful here because the company page and the portfolio are the center, not the scanner. Signals exist if you want them. You can ignore them.
We will not sell you a model portfolio or a target price. The job is to keep the research attached to the book.
THE RESULT
Quarterly homework gets shorter. You know which holdings report, and you have a page that already knows the last filing.
You still hold through noise. You just have a better record of why.
If your edge is holding, the product should not nag you like a momentum chat.
Import the snapshot. Do not expect a live sync or tax lots.
Summaries are a map. The filing is still the document.
No managed list of ideas. You bring the names.
That is not the design. Recaps and signals are optional. The portfolio and company pages are the core for this audience.
You can track holdings you import, including ETFs, and compare similar funds. Execution still happens at the broker.
